Welcome to the Ice Fantillusion Website.

The aim of this site is to present to you a large skating event in Belgium, in which the most talented Belgian skaters of all ages and levels come together.

Thanks to the supreme international achievements of our national champion, Kevin Van der Perren and the success of the popular TV shows, "Sterren op het IJs" - "Ice Dancing with the Stars" by VTM, (Belgium) and RTL, (the Netherlands) the number of starting skaters in the skating clubs in Belgium have increased dramatically in the past two years, which illustrates the interest of the audience in this sport.

Ice Fantillusion is a unique yearly iceshow, founded in 2007 by Belgian champion and two-fold bronze medal winner Kevin Van Der Perren and his wife, the 7 times national British champion Jenna McCorkell.
The shows are organised by non-profit organisation Ice Fantillusion, in Liedekerke. Every year the show is based on a new theme and 2010 is going to be the year of 'Fantasy'.

Ice Fantillusion does not only offer a platform for young skaters to show and practice their talents, but consists also of the combined efforts of about a hundred volunteers hard work.

Additional to the professional acts (solo/duos/groups etc) Ice Fantillusion brings new elements into every show, to raise the dynamics of the performances by a good reception of the audience. One can think of live singers, fun acts for children, acrobats on the ice, skaters with fire, dance, animals and more.

Since the beginning of this adventure, Ice Fantillusion has been able to count on the support of several national and international guests like Staf Coppens and his wife Monique of "Sterren op het IJs", famous singers Dean and Wim Soutaer, British champion figure skating Elliot Hilton, figure skaters Vicky Ogden and David Richardson, and Russian acrobats on ice Zaldua/Suchanov etc.
The 2010 edition will for sure continue on this tradition with several fun surprises... on the ice.

For this 4th edition Ice Fantillusion will coöperate for the first time with another non-profit organisation devoted to children, the Cliniclowns, of which Kevin Van Der Perren already is one of the official ambassadors.
We hope to be able to collect a substantial sum to be able to support the Cliniclowns in the hospitals.

Ice Fantillusion will also offer special shows for schools and a bucket-load of fun for the audience.
